Job summary

Aviva is seeking a data analytics professional to join our Reinsurance Operations team. You will support accurate reporting, data analysis, and operational insight, working with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Exposure Management and Purchasing to monitor performance and identify trends.

This varied role combines analysis, reporting, and operational support, producing management information, maintaining data quality, investigating exceptions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes to

Qualifications

• Experience working within the insurance or reinsurance market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, validate, and present data clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data manipulation, and reporting.
• Experience producing management information, reporting, or performance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building effective stakeholder relationships.
