Responsibilities

• Act as escalation handler for training breaches, exceptions and anomalies.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Validate data proactively to ensure governance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with course managers to improve tutor sourcing, accreditation and engagement.
