Job summary

PwC in Manchester is seeking a Regulatory Training Advisor within the XLoS Regulatory Reporting team to act as the escalation point and subject‑matter expert on training matters.

You will investigate complex queries, provide guidance on ARQ, and drive compliant tutor sourcing and delivery. The role emphasizes data validation, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to raise training quality and assurance across the firm.

Qualifications

• Excellent investigative and analytical skills with sound judgment.
• Ability to advise on ARQ and regulatory training compliance.
• Subject matter expert in XLoS mandatory training or related processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Resilient and capable of handling complex workloads.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation handler for training breaches, exceptions and anomalies with root-cause analysis.
• Provide expert guidance on ARQ requirements and XLoS mandatory training.
• Validate data with Reporting Officers to ensure governance and data quality.
• Support tutor sourcing, accreditation, and engagement while driving continuous improvements.
