Job summary

Suade, a RegTech leader in London, seeks a Senior Business Analyst/Manager to own regulatory reporting architecture, development, and expansion, in partnership with the product team.

You will lead client-facing implementation projects, map data to the FIRE schema, and manage a team of graduates. A deep understanding of CRR/IFR and banking products is essential, with strong Excel skills and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a SME at a regulated firm or as a consultant.
• Experience in client-facing roles with external or internal stakeholders.
• Strong banking product knowledge (Loans, Securities, Derivatives, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of client-facing implementation projects, defining requirements and data mapping to FIRE schema.
• Directly manage and train a team of graduate Business Analysts.
• Be SME in a regulatory report family and stay updated on changes with clients and experts in the industry.
• Provide SME input for construction/update of regulatory returns with Lead Engineers.
• Support Customer Success with SME input to client queries.
• Develop and enhance documentation and training materials.
• Elevate Suade’s regulatory presence with Sales/Marketing in events where regulatory knowledge is required.
