A leading RegTech firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead client-facing projects. You will manage a team of Business Analysts, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhance client documentation and training. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting, a deep understanding of banking products, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years as a subject matter expert in regulatory reporting.
• Experience in a client-facing role with internal/external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of banking products like Loans, Securities, Derivatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead client-facing implementation projects and define business requirements.
• Manage and train a team of Business Analysts.
• Provide expertise in regulatory returns and liaise with industry experts.
• Support Customer Success by addressing client queries.
• Develop documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to sales presentations involving regulatory knowledge.
