Job summary

Rathbones Plc in Liverpool seeks a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to help deliver the Group's prudential reporting and governance framework. You will coordinate regulatory submissions, maintain essential data, and support change initiatives across Finance and risk functions.

Role requires strong attention to detail, autonomous working style, and ability to translate datasets into insightful reporting. Hybrid working pattern available within the Finance division.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group's regulatory reporting governance framework and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate annual production of prudential documents and governance reviews.
• Prepare sections of Pillar 3 Disclosures and Resolution Pack with accuracy and alignment to standards.
• Maintain regulatory reference data (LEI, entity structures, controller data) for reporting.
• Support FSCS obligations including MI, questionnaires and SCV processes.
• Coordinate regulatory applications, permissions, and waivers with stakeholders.
• Monitor governance issues, audit findings, and remediation actions in CAMMS.
• Assist with regulatory horizon scanning and identify impacts on reporting.
• Support regulatory change initiatives and embed changes in processes and controls.
