Job summary

Rathbones in Leeds seeks a Senior Prudential Regulation Analyst (Non-Banking) to support prudential regulatory compliance across the group’s subsidiaries. The role involves ICARA/ICAAPS, capital and liquidity, and regulatory reporting governance in a hybrid setup.

You will coordinate MI, engage treasury and ALM, and help refresh risk tolerances, ensuring regulatory requirements underpin decision making. Strong FCA knowledge and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in regulatory or compliance role.
• Experience in a financial services firm and control environment is preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of regulatory compliance across subsidiaries, incl. ICARA/ICARAP and disclosures.
• Generate regulatory reports per governance framework and respond to regulator data requests.
• Coordinate MI for reporting to senior treasury, ALM, committees and board.
• Outline modelling requirements for liquidity and capital for ICARA/ICARAP processes.
