You will be responsible for managing complex planning applications and ensuring timely approvals while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering planning consents for complex developments.
• Extensive knowledge of the UK planning system and regulations.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams for planning applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and consent activities for major infrastructure projects.
• Manage TCPA applications and DCO requirements.
