Job summary

Essar Energy Transition (EET) is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Planner to lead planning and consent activities across a multi‑billion-pound portfolio of energy, infrastructure and industrial projects at Stanlow, Ellesmere Port.

You will manage TCPA and DCO requirements, oversee planning consultants and budgets, and build strong relationships with regulators and local authorities, ensuring compliance with planning policy and EIA standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Science or related field.
• Experience leading elements of complex planning applications and consenting strategies.
• DCO experience and UK NSIPs knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and consent activities for major infrastructure and industrial projects.
