Qualifications

• Experience managing complex regulatory or disciplinary matters with autonomy.
• Exposure to fitness to practise or professional standards work.
• Experience supervising and developing junior colleagues and delegating work.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of regulatory matters and client relationships.
• Supervise and develop junior colleagues and trainees on live matters.
• Provide clear instructions, feedback, and escalation when needed.
• Instruct counsel and coordinate with experts; prepare high quality reports.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing within the team.
