Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced Criminal Defence Solicitor (Associate / Senior Associate) with 3+ PQE to join a leading national team handling regulatory investigations, criminal prosecutions and inquests.

You will manage complex matters from instruction to resolution while contributing to business development and client training, helping to raise the profile of the team within the insurance and regulatory sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in criminal defence and regulatory work.
• Experience defending Health & Safety Executive prosecutions is essential.
• Excellent advocacy, drafting and client management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload including regulatory investigations, prosecutions and inquests.
• Contribute to business development and client training; raise the team’s profile.
