Stantec Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant - Regulatory Advice to deliver high-quality regulatory guidance for clients in regulated sectors. You will lead workstreams, craft evidence-based analysis, and influence senior stakeholders while mentoring juniors.

The role builds relationships to grow the Advisory Services group and improve client outcomes. Based in the UK with hybrid working across offices, the Senior Consultant will work with Principals and Directors and contribute to improved

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated sector or regulatory consulting environment (utilities preferred).
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks, price controls, or performance/incentive regimes.
• Experience supporting price reviews or revenue-setting processes.
• Familiarity with assurance, audit, or governance concepts.
• Understanding of benchmarking or performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within engagements or deliver smaller assignments independently.
• Produce clear, evidence-based regulatory analysis and advice.
• Support development of junior colleagues and manage multiple workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve client performance and efficiency.
• Build relationships to guide client strategy and raise the profile of the Advisory Services group.
