This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll work across a matrix of teams to align customer outcomes with regulatory controls, using data to prioritise actions and demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated environment with governance and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of FCA and ICOBS regulations and how they apply to products and processes.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to influence across senior stakeholders.
• Proven analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across a matrix organisation.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of regulated products with enhancements and optimisations.
• Act as SME for regulatory requirements ensuring FCA/ICO BS compliance across journeys.
• Partner with Propositions, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance and CVM to deliver initiatives.
• Monitor product performance, customer outcomes and KPI trends for improvements.
• Lead governance for regulated products, driving actions for stronger controls.
• Coordinate product framework reviews with stakeholders for robust oversight.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Produce product MI and KPIs to inform prioritisation and decisions.
