Job description

Location: The Speechmark, London + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Hybrid

We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

Who We Are

We’re here to build a network the UK can count on – one that connects people, places and potential. Because no matter where you live, what your background is, or how you get online – we think everyone deserves the same chance to stay connected, and with VodafoneThree, that future’s being built – today. We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress. We believe that everyone should feel they belong. Whoever you are and whatever your story, there’s space for you here. We’re building a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to show up as themselves. You’ll join a team that genuinely cares – about each other, about our customers, and about the future we’re building. From day one, you’ll be welcomed, valued and encouraged to bring your whole self to work.

Why VodafoneThree

Join us and you’ll be at the heart of change. That means building responsibly, investing sustainably and creating opportunities that last. We’re not just expanding connectivity; we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services, and communities across the country. You’ll work on real challenges, with real impact, across every corner of the country. Wherever you join us, whatever your role, you’ll be helping to build a future that works better for everyone. We move at pace, because what we’re building matters – and we’re learning as we go. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re just getting started. Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.

What You’ll Do

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most significant transformations in the UK telecoms industry, as two leading organisations come together to create the nation's largest mobile network provider. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future customer experience, helping deliver best-in-class coverage, connectivity and reliability for millions of customers. As the owner of a regulated product, you'll define and drive the roadmap for enhancements, optimisations and continuous improvement while balancing commercial and customer objectives. Working alongside governance and compliance, you'll ensure adherence to FCA and ICOBS requirements, maintaining robust controls and delivering confidence across the business. This is a career-defining chance to influence both the future of a critical product and the success of a newly formed organisation, leaving a lasting impact on customers, colleagues and the wider industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of regulated products, driving ongoing enhancements, optimisation initiatives, and continuous improvement to deliver the best possible customer experience.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for regulatory requirements, ensuring products, processes and customer journeys remain fully compliant with FCA and ICOBS obligations.

  • Partner closely with teams across Propositions, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Customer Value Management to successfully deliver product initiatives and business objectives.

  • Monitor product performance, customer outcomes and operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead governance activities for regulated products, representing the function in key forums and driving actions that strengthen compliance, controls and customer outcomes.

  • Take ownership of the product framework and annual review process, coordinating stakeholders across the business to ensure robust oversight, challenge and sign-off.

  • Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation, growth and enhanced product performance.

  • Produce and interpret product MI and key performance metrics, including customer complaints, cancellations, NPS and operational KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform decision‑making and prioritisation

Who You Are

  • Experience working within a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance requirements.

  • Good knowledge of FCA and ICOBS regulations, with the ability to interpret evolving requirements and translate them into effective product and process improvements.

  • A customer‑centric mindset, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.

  • Proven ability to manage complex programmes or product initiatives, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data, customer insights and market trends to drive informed decision‑making.

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the confidence to challenge constructively, identify opportunities and lead continuous improvement.

  • Experience working within a large, matrix organisation, collaborating effectively across multiple business functions to achieve shared objectives
