Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the supported accommodation service.
• Maintain responsibility for Ofsted registration and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver outstanding support that improves outcomes for young people.
• Motivate and develop the team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, health & safety, audits.
• Manage budgets, resources and occupancy for efficiency.
• Build partnerships with local authorities and external agencies.
• Support business development including new placements and contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement to sustain a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
