Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead an Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation service for 16 and 17-year-olds in Northfleet, United Kingdom. The role requires strong safeguarding, leadership and a clear understanding of regulatory expectations.

You will oversee day-to-day management, ensure compliance with England regulations and standards, and develop a skilled staff team committed to safe, empowering support for young people preparing for adulthood.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading services for young people in supported accommodation.
• Strong safeguarding practice and ability to implement safeguarding policies.
• Experience registering and maintaining Ofsted-regulated services.

Responsibilities

• Register with Ofsted as the Registered Service Manager and lead day-to-day management.
• Lead and develop a skilled staff team and ensure high safeguarding standards.
• Ensure compliance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and Quality Standards.
• Maintain records, audits and regulatory notifications within required timescales.
• Develop partnerships with social workers, placing authorities and other professionals.
