Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting in the United Kingdom. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications and monitor changes in health while supporting the care team and ensuring high standards of safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Experience leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial, but candidates from related backgrounds are welcome.
