Job summary

Willowbrook Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare and Care Concern Group, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) on a contracted basis, with pay at £22.71 per hour and a 40.25 hour week. The role focuses on delivering clinically led care to residents with dementia, mental health needs and complex conditions.

You will lead shifts, assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medicines, monitor health changes and document thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN required.
• Minimum 2 years post-registration nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgement and leadership abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in complex care, dementia or mental health is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise the care team to deliver high quality care.
• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, and administer medications.
• Monitor changes in physical and mental health and document thoroughly.
• Respond promptly to changing needs with informed clinical decisions.
• Support residents, families and professionals to maintain dignity and independence.
