Job summary

Clarence Park Care Home is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to support the Home Manager in clinical and operational oversight for residents with complex needs. You will lead nursing and care teams, ensure high standards of care, medication management and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in complex care or neurological care is desirable.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading or supporting nursing and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible clinical leadership to nursing and care teams.
• Oversee clinical practice and medication management to ensure safe care.
• Ensure care aligns with individual support plans and regulatory requirements.
• Support rehabilitation, independence and quality of life for residents.
• Coach and mentor wider clinical team to promote development and excellence.
