Job summary

Luso Court Care Centre in Clapham, London, is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver clinically led care for adults with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor health changes.

Leading shifts and supporting the care team, you will use clinical judgement to ensure safe, person‑centred care and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial.
• Willing to work day and night shifts on full‑time or part‑time contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and develop care plans for residents.
• Lead shifts, supervise the care team and ensure safe, person‑centred care.
• Administer medications and monitor changes in health.
