Job summary

Prospect Hospice in Swindon is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to lead shifts on the inpatient unit in Wroughton. You will deliver expert palliative and end-of-life nursing care and mentor colleagues across a close-knit MDT.

The role combines hands-on patient care with leadership duties, contributing to service development and clinical governance. NMC registration and a collaborative mindset are essential for this vital position.

Qualifications

• Experienced Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Able to lead and support others to deliver excellent care.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Capable of working confidently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Desirable experience in palliative care, hospice, oncology or related complex care.
