Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the UK & Nordics. You will lead marketing strategy and execution for Immunohematology, Quality Systems and Immunology portfolios, aligning with Sales and Global Marketing to drive growth locally.

The role requires 8+ years in diagnostics marketing, a strong strategic mindset, and fluent English, with Nordic language skills a plus. Hybrid work in the UK with travel up to 50% is expected.

Formación

• 8+ years of diagnostics marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills a plus.
• Strategic mindset with strong communication and business insight.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Global Marketing and Marketing Communications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for UK & Nordics.
• Maintain knowledge of Bio-Rad portfolio and diagnostics market.
• Drive revenue growth with local strategies and key accounts.
• Provide VOC insights and competitive analysis to teams.
• Enable sales with value propositions and local messaging.
• Manage marketing budget and ROI reporting.
• Support product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel within UK & Nordics up to 50%.
