Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Clinical Diagnostics Solutions to lead marketing strategy and execution for Immunohematology, Quality Systems and Immunology portfolios across the UK and Nordics.

You will apply deep product and market expertise to develop tailored plans, drive sustainable growth, and align priorities with UK & Nordics sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of diagnostics marketing experience; sales/applications support a plus.
• Strategic mindset, strong communication and business insight.
• Experience in Clinical Diagnostics IVD Market is a prerequisite.
• In-depth knowledge of Immunohematology/Quality Systems/Immunology products and applications.
• Fluent English; Nordic language a strong plus.
• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing activities with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans across UK & Nordics, aligned with global strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bio-Rad's portfolio and diagnostics market in UK & Nordics.
• Drive sales growth by executing local strategies and partnering with sales teams.
• Gather VOC insights from key accounts and monitor market dynamics.
• Conduct localized competitive analysis and identify strategic opportunities.
• Enable sales with global value propositions and local messaging; develop collateral.
• Manage marketing budget and report ROI within plan.
• Support product launches and expansions with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with customers, thought leaders, and industry influencers.
• Travel within UK & Nordics up to 50%.
