Established for over 30 years, our client has provided first-class service and quality workmanship to their customers throughout Australia. Their diverse expertise across all vehicle manufacturers in the accident repair sector makes them the number one automotive smash repair network in Australia.

A position is now available for a Senior Regional Manager responsible for supporting and managing relationships with Members, Customers, and Industry Connections. This is an on-the-road role where you will be the first point of contact for Members and their businesses, providing support with negotiations, dispute resolution, and operational standards to drive excellence and performance across the WA Region.

To succeed in this role, you should be a commercially astute self-starter with tertiary qualifications in business and finance, along with over 10 years of automotive industry trade experience.

Duties:
  • Be the first point of contact for all members and suppliers in the region, assisting with communications and negotiations.
  • Visit and engage with members quarterly to strengthen relationships and maximize their membership benefits.
  • Manage and attend industry events, including member meetings, social gatherings, and training sessions.
  • Oversee financial responsibilities, including calculating rebates, reporting expenses, and meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Promote the Company brand and preferred supplier partnerships locally and nationally.
  • Prepare reports and present business opportunities to the National Commercial Manager.
  • Conduct activities to generate revenue opportunities for members and suppliers, ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Achieve company targets and KPIs set by the Board.
Skills and Experience:
  • Over 10 years of commercial experience in the automotive trade, supply, or solutions sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, or Finance are highly regarded.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of business financials, including rebates and expenses.
  • High-level computer skills, capable of managing reports and digital storage portals.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proven success in sales, with the ability to identify revenue and membership opportunities.
  • Well-presented, outgoing, and relationship-driven personality.
  • MUST be living in Australia and have full working rights. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
