Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and coordination of our client's exciting new production facility. In this key role, you'll develop comprehensive project timelines, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure seamless integration with our launch strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and manage high-level project timing plans for the new production facility.
  2. Present plans and progress updates confidently to board-level executives.
  3. Coordinate with Technical Project Leads to ensure alignment and integration across all workstreams.
  4. Work closely with the Launch team to synchronize project delivery with the overall launch plan.
  5. Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  6. Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within the automotive industry.
  • Direct experience with automotive OEM launch processes.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering high-value automotive projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Electric Vehicle (EV) projects.
  • Automotive project management certification.
  • Understanding of production facility setup and optimization.
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and technologies.
