Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Senior Design / Technical Manager to take ownership of the design function for the South Region. Based in Dartford with some flexibility, you will lead the design process from pre-construction to completion, ensuring compliance, buildability and on-time delivery.

You will work with Pre-Construction, Commercial, Operational and Leadership teams, coordinating consultants and internal staff to meet programme milestones while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience leading design and technical functions across construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and design for buildability.
Ability to coordinate consultants and internal teams to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

Lead technical and design process across PCSA projects from pre-construction to completion.
Set design deliverables, release schedules and key milestones.
Drive the design programme to ensure timely submissions and information delivery.
Review drawings and proposals with focus on compliance and buildability.
Manage Design Team Meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
