Qualifications

• Must have senior refrigeration background with leadership experience.
• Experience managing engineers in a facilities management setting.
• Strong customer and client-facing skills with budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of Refrigeration Engineers.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to high standards.
• Provide technical support, training, and HR-related guidance.
• Manage on-call rota and budgets for parts and materials.
• Represent the team in client and management meetings.
