Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Leicestershire to own a desk, build client relationships and drive growth. You will manage the full recruitment process from brief to placement and contribute to a high-performing team.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with an uncapped monthly bonus, a half-day Friday, free onsite parking and clear progression opportunities within an established agency delivering Industrial, Engineering, Construction and Professional

Qualifications

• Previous experience within recruitment, ideally in a 360 role.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from vacancy brief through to placement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Grow and manage your own recruitment desk and pipeline.
• Source, screen and place high-quality candidates.
• Manage client accounts and identify opportunities for further growth.
• Negotiate offers and secure successful placements.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits where required.
• Share knowledge and support the development of colleagues.
• Work towards and exceed recruitment and sales targets.

The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of your desk, build strong client relationships and drive business growth through new and existing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience within recruitment, ideally in a 360 role
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience recruiting across temporary, permanent or contract vacancies
• Confident, proactive and commercially driven approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work towards targets
• Excellent relationship-building and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
