Regional Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a desk in Leicestershire. You will build strong client relationships, drive business growth and maximise earning potential in a growing award-winning agency.

Established in 2008, Regional Recruitment specialises in Industrial, Engineering, Construction and Professional Services. A competitive basic salary with an uncapped monthly bonus awaits the right candidate.

• Previous experience within recruitment, ideally in a 360 role.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting across temporary, permanent or contract vacancies.
• Confident, proactive and commercially driven approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work towards targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from vacancy brief through to placement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Grow and manage your own recruitment desk and pipeline.
• Source, screen and place high-quality candidates.
• Manage client accounts and identify opportunities for further growth.
• Negotiate offers and secure successful placements.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits where required.
• Share knowledge and support the development of colleagues.
• Work towards and exceed recruitment and sales targets.

The Role:
