This role offers commission up to 35% plus annual profit share, live vacancies from day one, established accounts and the flexibility to manage your day. Opportunities to travel to the US and grow into leadership are also part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in a 360 role.
• Ability to develop and win new client relationships.
• Comfort delivering placements end-to-end and managing multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing permanent vacancies and deliver candidates into established accounts.
• Develop client relationships and win new business.
• Own the full recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.
• Build market knowledge using provided software, data and support.
