Job summary

TLP Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive business development across Southampton and the South Coast. You will own new client acquisition, expand existing relationships, and explore new market opportunities while working with our resourcing team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in winning new clients and developing accounts.
• Experience in recruitment within logistics, driving, industrial, contract engineering or closely related sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying, approaching and winning new clients across the South Coast and surrounding regions.
• Growing and developing existing client relationships in logistics, driving and industrial recruitment.
• Identifying opportunities to expand services, sectors and markets.
• Building a strong pipeline through networking and client visits.
• Working closely with the resourcing team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Contributing ideas to shape future growth of the operation.
