Job summary

TLP Recruitment in Southampton is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive business development and growth across the South Coast. You will win new clients, expand existing accounts and work with a dedicated resourcing team to deliver excellent service.

Based hybrid across Hampshire, with a base salary around £35,000–£40,000 plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. You’ll report to the Managing Partner and have opportunity to progress within our established agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment with a track record in business development.
• Proven ability to win new clients and develop accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients across the South Coast and surrounding regions.
• Grow existing client relationships, especially in logistics, driving and industrial sectors.
• Expand services, develop new sectors and open additional markets.
• Build a strong pipeline through networking, client visits and targeted business development.
