Recruita in Southampton is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will manage your own profitable desk, develop new business across the local area, and deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates.

We are looking for a temp-biased recruitment professional with strong business development and candidate-sourcing skills, able to work autonomously while building a robust talent pipeline. Competitive basic salary up to £35k DOE plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment and 360 recruitment.
• Experience delivering both temporary and permanent recruitment.
• Knowledge of pay rates, margins, GP and employment costs.
• Strong business development and sales skills.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised and detail-focused.
• Knowledge of the local Southampton recruitment market.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Generating new business and identifying opportunities across the Southampton area.
• Managing your own profitable recruitment desk.
• Winning new clients and growing existing accounts.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.
• Managing both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.
• Building strong candidate relationships and maintaining an effective talent pipeline.
• Managing the full temporary recruitment process from start to finish.
• Understanding pay rates, charge rates, margins, GP and associated employment costs.
• Ensuring all recruitment processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
• Working collaboratively with like-minded colleagues while taking ownership of your own results.
