Matchtech's Defence team is seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant to own a growing Digital & Technology contract desk within Defence. You will build a specialist market and work with start-ups, SMEs and major defence organisations, while leveraging an existing client base and re-engaging lapsed accounts.

You will be commercially minded, confident with business development, ambitious to maximise earnings, and thrive in a high-performing, collaborative team, backed by the UK's leading Defence
