Search Recruitment Group in Newcastle, England, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead construction recruitment. The role offers a salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum plus car allowance and uncapped commission, with strong earning potential and a supportive team environment.

You will proactively pursue new business, manage key client accounts and drive successful placements across construction, trades and labour.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively generate new business through B2B calls, client meetings and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify new opportunities and build your own pipeline of prospective clients.
• Negotiate fees and terms to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, becoming their go-to recruitment partner
• Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract candidates.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, networking and direct approaches.
• Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement.
• Ensure compliance with Right to Work checks and internal processes.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
