Randstad Reading is looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join our Construction team. You’ll actively source top talent using a premium LinkedIn Recruiter license, craft engaging job ads, and manage applications to connect professionals with Reading projects.

• The Hunt: Using a premium LinkedIn Recruiter license, job boards, and our massive internal database to track down top-tier construction talent.
• The Craft: Writing job ads that actually get read (don't worry, we'll help with that) and managing incoming applications.
• The Network: Becoming the go-to contact for construction professionals across Reading. You are the bridge between them and their next big project.
