First Recruitment Group in Warrington is looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our established team. You will deliver across permanent and contract vacancies, developing long-term client and candidate relationships to drive outstanding results.

Responsabilités

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement qualification to placement.

• Building and developing candidate and client relationships.
• Generating new business leads for our Business Development team.
• Negotiating offers and supporting onboarding activities.
• Delivering exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering across permanent and contract vacancies while developing long-term client and candidate relationships focused on delivering outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and developing candidate and client relationships
