Pennine Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Industrial Division in Manchester. You will own the full lifecycle, place candidates in temporary and permanent roles, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

With that, comes the opportunity for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial Division team in Manchester. Ambition is key as we are looking for someone who wants to drive the branch forward and grow into a Managerial role.

As an Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and will help place high-quality candidates into temporary and permanent roles whilst providing support, mentoring and guidance to other members of the team.

Day to day tasks will include:

• Maximising opportunities within our existing client portfolio
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities
• Providing support, mentoring and guidance to other members of the team.
• Interviewing and registering candidates for clients and ensuring absolute compliance with the associated registration process.
• Meet and greet all new staff on the first day of their assignments on our clients' sites.
• Managing bookings on our CRM to ensure a 100% compliant payroll
• Ensuring all client vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
• Compiling and distributing client KPIs
• Creating Job adverts for major job sites and social media channels

To be successful, you should have:

• Excellent communication skills on the phone, in-person and in-writing.
• Be able to build relationships with various people. You will need to be able to be confident in front of a client, but you will also need to be warm and welcoming when speaking to your workforce.
• You should be a go-getter. We're looking for someone who is proactive and wants to achieve success. We will supply the tools and and the arena to do so!
• Industrial Recruitment is fast-paced. You should be able to jump from task-to-task.
• We are ideally looking for somone with previosu experience in the Industrial, Driving and/or Technical Sectors, so we really want to speak with people with proven experience recruiting in these fields.
• Having your own transport is essential.

Working Hours:

• Core hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 although flexibility is essential
