Minimum Requirements

1. At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Tech market.
2. Experience or interest in AI or Cyber Security sectors is highly desirable.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to source, qualify, and manage candidate and client relationships effectively.
5. Proactive attitude towards business development and social media presence.
6. Driver's license and own vehicle preferred for attending client meetings.
