Senior Consultant – Go-to-Market – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: Excellent Base + Tiered Commission (up to 30%) + Benefits

We’re hiring a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our Identity & Access Management team at Cubiq. You’ll be focused on commercial hires including Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, and working with some of the most active and engaged clients in the IAM space.

This market is full of people who genuinely care about what they do. It’s collaborative, the people are passionate, and it’s a sector packed with knowledge sharing. You’ll be working alongside Olivia Horan, who currently leads our IAM team and is already a known name in the space, with regular invites to in-person events and industry podcasts. You’ll work closely with her to build a strong go-to-market offering around a warm customer base.

We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years of agency experience who’s commercially sharp and ready to carve out a niche in a growing sector.

What you’ll do:

  • Focus on commercial hiring in IAM: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, etc.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers within vendors, consultancies, and end users.
  • Deliver full 360 recruitment: sourcing, BD, closing, post-placement follow-up.
  • Work alongside an experienced team with strong market traction.
  • Contribute to building out a new specialist area with the support of an established name.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year of 360 recruitment experience (GTM, SaaS, cyber, etc.).
  • A commercial mindset – you know how to spot opportunity and manage a pipeline.
  • Curiosity to learn a new tech niche and engage with a technical audience.
  • Strong communication and confidence dealing with senior candidates and clients.

We recognise the IAM market is a niche space, so we are open to hearing from recruiters from any technical background who are excited by the prospect of moving into this sector.
