Role Overview

They are seeking two experienced recruiters to join their high-performing teams, working alongside top billing consultants (earning over 500K) who have progressed from Consultants to Directors. The company offers one-to-one mentoring to help you become a market leader.

Work Environment

This is an office-based role with a maximum commute of 40 minutes door-to-door. Flexibility is key, and arrangements can be tailored based on experience and personal preference, including options for remote work.

Candidate Requirements

1. Strong 360 recruitment experience with at least one year of successful new client acquisition and end-to-end role management
2. Experience in NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, or other professional/technical markets (cross-training available)
3. Proven business development skills
4. Excellent work ethic
5. Motivated by success and career progression towards management roles
