Milk Education in Leeds is seeking an experienced Senior Education Recruiter to join our growing Leeds team. You will own and develop relationships with schools and education professionals, driving placements across Primary, Secondary and SEND sectors.

This role offers a warm desk, regular users and strong progression prospects, with hybrid working options including a couple of days from home each month. If you’re commercially driven and hungry to grow your market, we want to chat.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your market and play a key role within our growing Leeds team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing strong client relationships
• Working with established schools and regular users
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing education professionals
• Driving business development and growing your market
• Managing the full recruitment cycle
• Maximising the potential of your warm desk
• Sharing knowledge and supporting the wider team
• Continuing to develop your skills and progress your career
