Job summary

Milk Education is seeking an experienced recruiter to transition into a Learning & Development role, coaching and developing consultants across the 360 recruitment lifecycle in our UK network.

You’ll report to the Learning & Development Manager and help shape a culture of high performance through training, mentoring and hands-on coaching across multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging recruitment induction training for new starters.
• Coach consultants across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including candidate generation, interviewing, business development and account management.
• Support new consultants in their first three months to build confidence and capability.
• Deliver one-to-one coaching, desk-side mentoring and training workshops.
• Identify development needs with Branch Managers and create tailored coaching plans.
• Monitor KPIs and quality standards to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct quality audits and embed recruitment best practice across the business.
• Coach experienced consultants to improve performance and results.
• Provide constructive feedback and practical support to overcome challenges.
• Share recruitment experience and proven techniques across the business.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Reporting directly to our Learning & Development Manager, you'll help develop consultants at every stage of their recruitment journey, from brand-new trainees to experienced recruiters looking to take their performance to the next level.

This isn't simply a training role. You'll train, coach, mentor, challenge and inspire our people to become the best recruiters they can be.

What You'll Be Doing

Who We're Looking For

• A proven track record of success within an agency recruitment environment, ideally within education or healthcare recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the full 360 recruitment process.
• A genuine passion for training, coaching and helping others succeed.
• The confidence and presence to engage and inspire a room.
• Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills.
• Natural credibility and the ability to build trust quickly.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
• Energy, positivity and the ability to motivate those around you.
• The confidence to challenge people while giving honest, constructive feedback.
• A strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, performance and best practice.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between branches.
