ITS in Sussex is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm Trades & Labour desk within our Sussex office. You'll join a successful team and a director, in a hands-on billing role that focuses on growing an established desk rather than starting from scratch.

You'll benefit from ongoing training, support to implement growth strategies, and genuine long-term progression to leadership roles, including equity opportunities and internal promotion paths.

Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction (Trades & Labour)

The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm Trades & Labour desk within our Sussex office.

You'll be joining a successful team of three consultants and a resourcer, supported by an experienced Director. This is a hands-on billing role with the opportunity to further develop an already established desk, rather than build from scratch.

With multiple existing PSL agreements and a strong local client base, this role offers immediate opportunity alongside long-term growth potential.

Your Role

We are also open to experienced recruiters from other sectors who can demonstrate consistent performance and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving market.
