Rotate Recruitment is seeking a Senior / Lead Recruitment Consultant with a construction recruitment background to drive growth of a new desk in London. You will own the desk, develop existing relationships, win new business, and shape the future of our construction offering.

You will operate in a hybrid setup (2 days in office, 3 days from home), manage permanent, full-time roles across site management, technical teams, quantity surveying and related disciplines, and have the autonomy to run

Senior / Lead Recruitment Consultant – Construction

Location: London | Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Rotate Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Recruitment Consultant with a background in construction recruitment to help drive the growth of a new desk.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows how to run a successful recruitment desk, enjoys building strong client relationships and wants the freedom to make their mark on a growing business.

Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting within main contracting, with a strong understanding of the construction market. We're particularly interested in speaking with recruiters who have covered site-based management, technical teams, quantity surveying or other construction-related disciplines.

You'll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, backed by an independent recruitment business that values its people, rewards performance and believes work should be enjoyable.

What you'll be doing

• Taking ownership of and growing a construction recruitment desk.
• Developing existing client relationships and maximising opportunities with our live clients.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.

• Previous experience recruiting within the construction industry, ideally within main contracting.
• A proven track record of successfully running and developing a recruitment desk.
• Experience recruiting permanent, full-time positions.
• Strong business development skills and the confidence to build, develop and maintain client relationships.
• A commercial mindset, with the motivation to grow a desk and maximise its potential.
• Someone proactive, ambitious and comfortable working autonomously.
• A positive, sociable personality who wants to be part of a fun, supportive team.
