Job summary

Apera is an elite embedded consultant recruiting partner that embeds with clients to deliver exceptional service. You will source world-class embedded engineers and leaders, build global pipelines, and act as a trusted advisor on market insights and hiring strategies.

You will work directly with leadership across multiple offices, with clear progression routes via our Flight Path framework and opportunities for relocation across the US and UK. Equity from Day 1 and ongoing training are included.

We're looking for an elite embedded consultant to support key clients. This is a client-facing role and you will become fully embedded within the client organisation, delivering exceptional levels of service. We have opportunities across all of our market

• Candidate Sourcing & Assessment - skilled at finding and engaging exceptional engineers and leaders and leaders using advanced search techniques.
• Relationship Builder – natural communicator who can gain trust and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Market Curiosity - genuine interest in engineering and enthusiasm for emerging technologies (e.g. eVTOL, sustainable propulsion, robotics, defence drones).
