Job summary

Apera is a first of its kind talent, engineering and consulting platform focused on Aerospace, Robotics & AI, Defence, Space and Automotive. We are seeking an elite embedded consultant to support key clients by delivering exceptional service and becoming embedded within client organisations.

In this client-facing role you will source and map world-class embedded engineers, act as trusted advisor on market salary benchmarks, and help scale Apera globally with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Client-facing consultancy experience in deep tech or engineering domains.
• Proven ability to source and engage high-caliber engineers.
• Strong communication and relationship management with hiring managers.

We're looking for an elite embedded consultant to support key clients. This is a client-facing role and you will become fully embedded within the client organisation, delivering exceptional levels of service. We have opportunities across all of our market

• Client Service & Support– the confidence to build lasting relationships with the most innovative deep tech companies in the world.
• Candidate Sourcing & Assessment - skilled at finding and engaging exceptional engineers and leaders and leaders using advanced search techniques.
• Relationship Builder – natural communicator who can gain trust and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Market Curiosity - genuine interest in engineering and enthusiasm for emerging technologies (e.g. eVTOL, sustainable propulsion, robotics, defence drones).
