Job summary

Connect-AI, a new division of Connect Group, is hiring a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to build the AI/Data/Software desk across the UK and Europe. You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, develop key client relationships, and leverage top sourcing tools in a fast-growing, equity-led package.

You will join as part of the founding team, enjoy a generous commission structure (up to 20%), equity options, and a flexible remote/hybrid setup with occasional Poole meetings.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for AI, Data, and Software roles across startups, scale-ups, and high-growth tech businesses in the UK and Europe.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Proactively source, engage, and manage high-calibre candidates, leveraging your network and cutting-edge recruitment tools.
• Business development efforts, expanding the client base and opening new market opportunities.

About You:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally specialising in AI, Data, Software, or scale-ups.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing client accounts.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a growth-focused mindset.
• Passionate about technology, AI, and data-driven innovation.
• Early finish Fridays (2:30 pm) and flexible working options.
• Up to 20% commission on everything
