Senior Recruitment Consultant - Go-To-Market - Responsibilities:

• Focus on building your network within either candidates OR clients, being obsessed with partnering with the best of the best
• Become a market expert in the world of SaaS Startups and ScaleUps
• Work collaboratively with your team to manage candidate’s interview journeys OR the client engagement hiring process
• Utilise a multi-channel approach to engage with prospects
• Use our CRM (Bullhorn) to monitor and update your pipeline

Senior Recruitment Consultant - Go-To-Market - Requirements:

• Intelligence, character, coachability and curiosity
• Recruitment or sales experience in Sales / startups / Tech is highly advantageous, however our teams and onsite L&D are able to build up your market knowledge if you don’t have this
• Desire to get on the phone
• Comfortable with KPI’s, targets and a hard working, successful and driven environment
• Passion for working in a collaborative, team environment

What Would Success Look Like in the first few months? Contributing to team success and collaborating effectively with colleagues to share insights and strategies.
