You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, win new business, and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from vacancy brief through to placement.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Take ownership of your desk, pipeline and recruitment activity.
• Advertise vacancies and source candidates through multiple channels.
• Interview, screen and qualify candidates.
• Manage offers, negotiations and successful placements.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits where required.
• Support and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Work towards and exceed sales and recruitment targets.
